BUGIS Cube has been put up for collective sale via a public tender exercise at a reserve price of S$230 million, marketing agent Cushman & Wakefield said on Monday.
The 134-unit Cascadale may be redeveloped into a condominium project with up to 292 units. It is located near Changi Airport, Changi Business Park, Singapore University of Technology & Design, and Singapore Expo.
Mapletree Commercial Trust (MCT) is proposing to buy a business park in Pasir Panjang at an agreed property value of S$1.55 billion from Heliconia Realty, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments, MCT’s sponsor.
