The project is about 2 years old. It is proximity to MRT and shopping center. The Sembawang Shopping center is just a minute walk. And you can have eateries around the area. The Canberra MRT will be ready in 1-2 years time which is about a few minutes walk. For now, the condo provides its shuttle bus service to and from the Sembawang MRT and the condo itself. It is a really convenient place to stay with.
